I would place it near Smalltalk in the upper right hand corner.

I think Perl belongs around where Lisp is.  It is quite dynamic but not
all that object-oriented.

From what I've heard Perl6 probably belongs a little higher on the OO
scale than "old" Perl.  But it still isn't Ruby.
