Subject: [ruby-talk:24055] is Knu's generator going into the standard release?

About a month ago there was an announcement on Rubygarden about knu's
generator class. Is this going into the standard release?(I hope so)
Will it be available in the next release (1.6.6?) or is it a 1.8 item?

While we're on the subject of releases... will there be another release in
the 1.6.x series, or is the next stable release 1.8.0?
