The ActiveScriptRuby lets you run ruby script from another environment.  The
interface I am proposing would allow Ruby objects to be exposed as COM
objects so that you can write ruby code and easily call it from com
containers.

Basically the reverse of what the Win32ole extension does for ruby at the
moment.
