Starting with the latest version of the One-Click Ruby Installer for
Windows, FreeRIDE is no longer included. However, if you install FreeRIDE
separately, it uses its own embedded copy of the Ruby runtime which has been
tested and is know to  be compatible with the FreeRIED codebase (
http://freeride.rubyforge.org).
