Subject: Use Ruby for  version control system.

Hi,
Can We write the code in Ruby to know the Frequently changing classes in
version control system (CVS)which are check in.

My doubt,
1) Is it worthy to do in Ruby...?

2) else, which scripting language is best one for this..?
