Subject: Https and non-valid certificates

I'm trying to screen scrape a linksys device that I have, but because
it doesn't have a valid certificate, I'm getting errors.

I'm using Mechanzie, but would willing try something else...can
someone point me in the right direction to make some thing like that
work?

I'm writing a client app similar to ddclient.  Thanks.
