Yes, but it handles LL(k) grammars which does not include all Context-free
languages. So for some grammars you'll have to adapt what you want to what
it can handle. Generalized LR (GLR) parser generators (and also Early
parser generators) can handle all context free languages. Rockit is one
GLR parser generator for Ruby in its infancy.
