The book is right.

But the cgi library is a bit complicated. All of the parameters get
Tempfile objects. Which is bad because sometimes you have a existing
cgi programm and just want to add a file upload. Now you have to handle
_all_ parameters in a different way. They are tempfiles now. And don't
forget to close them!
