Hi,

perhaps someone has a little template for a TK window, that allows the 
user to
1. browse the local dir tree for an input file
(a button "select input file" -> pops up a little window for brosing the 
files, like ctrl+o in for example Mozilla)
2. specify a name for the output file
3. select a an action from a dropdown
4. set some options that will be passed to the proc as args
5. start the action / proc
