Yeah, that's the eternal conflict. I don't think it should be impossible to fire people; I just don't think it should be easy. Sort of like lawsuits in America: they provide an avenue for people to seek redress and the threat of them make companies a bit more responsible in how they act in some cases; on they other hand, they do get abused, and they're the main reason why health care is so expensive. >> You're infected with VB, too?
