Subject: [ANN] Ruby Reports 0.7.1 : CSV Bugfix

Hi folks, a new version of Ruport is out which fixes a memory
consumption issue[0] in CSV output.

If you use CSV output from Ruport, and are using 0.7.0, you definitely
want to upgrade.
