Subject: Minor RAA tweak - longer project names

Hi,

Any chance we could get the project name limit increased from 15 to 32
on the RAA?

Some folks, myself included, like to have the gem spec name match the
RAA project name.  In some cases, this isn't possible because of the 15
character limit.
