Subject: [ruby-talk:23354] [ANN] Simple Inference Engine in Ruby

I have written a simple inference engine as a class for Ruby, it's in the
RAA. It's a bit rough but I am working on it. Comes with 3 demo knowledge
bases and high hopes for the future.
