I think I found a bug... if not, can someone please explain?

	ntalbott@0a-9:~$ cat a.rb
	#!/usr/bin/ruby

	a = Time.now
	a.freeze
	p a.inspect

	ntalbott@0a-9:~$ ./a.rb
	./a.rb:5:in `inspect': can't modify frozen Time (TypeError)
	        from ./a.rb:5

	ntalbott@0a-9:~$ ruby -v
	ruby 1.6.4 (2001-08-06) [i386-linux]

It seems quite illogical that inspecting a frozen Time would cause an
attempted modification.
