Subject: announce: pam module for blocking failed attempts


for one reason or another, the pam_abl module stopped working with the
latest ssh and i needed alternative. so i created a pam module (written
in ruby, using pam-ruby, ruby-pam + sqlite3 libraries) which blocks
particular host after pre-set number of failed attempts.

(this is my home server behind adsl line so please be gentle and patient
- it is not available all the time).
