Subject: [ruby-talk:23183] class variables and inheritance


For my purpose @@variables where useless as the version defined in the
last subclass mentioned emerges in other classes to.

I found out that Class constants work right, i access them with

self.class::Exampleconstat

to have "virtual" constants where i need them, but this is ugly. Is there
something more elegant?
