REXML 1.0b (beta) is available for download at the usual place:

   http://www.germane-software.com/~ser/software/rexml

This release has only minor changes from 1.0a9, including some whitespace
handling bug fixes and general performance improvements.

1.1a (alpha) is almost done; the stream parsing needs some vigorous
testing. I never use XML stream parsing, so if anyone has an application
for this, let me know and I'll get you a pre-release copy. Aside from
minor bugs, it works; I'd like some feedback on the API before I take it to
beta, though.

Thanks.
