On the other hand, if a company goes out of business because it has to carry unproductive or inept employees a lot more people are hurt than just those few who might otherwise been fired. I've found reliable job security in doing something valuable for the company. Not always a guarantee, but by and large those I've known who lost jobs for no good reason were always able to find another one rather quick. > > > That can be a real problem here.
