May I suggest www.learnruby.com.  The class material (and instructor)
has gotten fantastic reviews.  It's a hands-on class where the
participants write real code (not the "here's a program and make two
minor changes to it" variety).  It's delivered on-site at a reasonable
price.  And customization is available.

Disclaimer: I'm the instructor and I wrote the course.

One student took this class after taking Pragmatic Studio's Enterprise
Ruby Studio.  She got virtually nothing out of their course and loved
this one.  Here's what she said after the class, "The class is a
perfect introduction to Ruby.  Eric is very clear which makes it easy
to follow and easy to learn.  I now hope ALL my future development is
in Ruby!"

One difference between the courses appears to be how the topic of Ruby
itself is approached.  As I teach the class, Ruby is the central focus
and we build up the concepts underlying Ruby step by step.  They
describe their approach to Ruby as, "We'll cover the necessary parts of
Ruby as we go."
