Subject: Error Install ruby (newbie)

I have installed ruby on windows using (One-Click
Installer ver  ,then in command prompt
i try to run c:\ruby>gem install rails - remote
,but an error come up (Error : While executing gem....
(Gem:: GemNotFoundException)Could not find - <>0) in
the repository)

please advice
