Many people use the following setup: If a letter that looks like spam arrives, "freeze" it and send a message to the sender that the letter was blocked because it looked like spam. If the sender is a real person, he can then "unfreeze" the letter by replying to the message and the original letter goes out to the mailing list. If the sender is a bot, he will probably not have a valid reply address and will not be able to "unfreeze" the message. This way, there is no risk of loosing any real messages. // Niklas
