Welcome to Ruby!

There's an online version of Learn To Program:
http://pine.fm/LearnToProgram/

And the ever-popular Poignant Guide:
http://poignantguide.net/ruby/

And "Try Ruby!"
http://tryruby.hobix.com/

Google "ruby tutorial" also turns up any number of Ruby tutorials.
