I am registered for RubyConf, but I have just found out that I am unable 
to go.  If I have to eat the $200, I'll completely understand, that's my 
expectation. 

I'm e-mailing to ask:

What can I do to get the ticket to somebody who can use it?
What (if anything) can I do to get a refund, or to get payment from 
someone who will use the ticket?

Space is so limited, I would hate to waste the spot.  Assumedly, at this 
late date, it would have to be somebody in the area. 

Any help/advice you could give would be appreciated.
