Hi,

I'm starting to figure out how to serve SVG with Ruby.
(If anyone elso does this: perhaps we can exchange experience offlist.)

Now I need to know how to output/print a string in UTF-8 encoding.
(since this is one of the encodings XML implementations like an SVG viewer
are required to support, AFAIK)

How can I do this; for example here
