no, infact Qt *don't* make such restriction.


qt are dual licensed: GPL XOR a-NON-GPL-one (don't remember the name)

if you use qt in GPL, by license, your code must be GPL'd

if you use qt in non-GPL-license, you must pay (don't remember how much)
