Hi, all, Has anyone out there encountered a problem with TCP sockets performing end-of-line conversion even if binmode has been turned on? I have a weird situation where my it looks like I'm receiving the correct data from my code when I access it from one client machine but get data with "\n" converted to "\r\n" everywhere when I access from another machine, even though I called socket.binmode (this behavior occurs regardless of whether binmode is called). My server code is running on Mandrake Linux, and my clients are Windows 2000 Server, but I see the same behavior if the server is located on a Windows 2000 Server machine and I use the Linux machine as a client.
