Look under "Course Material". Many programmers find that approach more 
palatable than the book. The differences are not all sugar coating - I 
place much more emphasis on test-first design these days. (In 1994, it was 
sort of a wistful fantasy - I didn't understand how much of an improvement 
over test-last design it was.) I also make several tradeoffs differently.

Those course notes are, of course, also out of date - they're a year old, 
after all - but less so.
