Also, can take an argument to split on a character/pattern besides space:

  irb>> "this is a string".split('s')
  => ["thi", " i", " a ", "tring"]

  irb>> "this is a string".split(/[aeiou]/)
  => ["th", "s ", "s ", " str", "ng"]
