I vaguely remember there was somekind of control panel in instantrails, and it was possible to start phpmyadmin from there. 2. find the apache configuration (httpd.conf) and see at what url is it mounted. start apache (from the control panel?) and browse to that url, using localhost as the host part. (i.e. http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/)
