The simple fact of using the companies e-mail account for posting might be enough though. I am not a lawyer so I have to guess, maybe at first an advertissement has to be given, I am talking about French law, but they tend to be somehow similar in the whole E.U., (more liberal in the U.K. I guess) as there are some common rules imposed by Brussels.
