Well, I have an initial PNG wrapper that can 1) tell you if a file is
a PNG file and 2) read the pixel data (currently only indexed pixel
data) into an array of arrays (rows).

But, I have nowhere to post it.  Would it be worth opening a SourceForge
project for this?  I'd like to put it on the RAA, but, as I said, I've
nowhere to post it.  Any ideas?
