we prog a web and accept users only if the submit a validation form.
the method is a post. so we should receive only post vars.

if the users get's the variable we see that he/she didn't come
submitting a form. for example a sms service, ...

the other thing is a cookie as cookie or as get or post variable.

maybe to write "for security" was a bit to strong.
