Subject: sitedir is not included in $LOAD_PATH

sitedir is not included in $LOAD_PATH (Ruby 1.8.5 on
NetBSD 3.0.1) I didn't use pkgsrc for installing Ruby
interpreter.

How can I solve this problem?
