Hi, I have rubygl 0.32a running under WinNT and 2K with cygwin 2.78.2.9 and ruby 1.6.2. (It compiled really easily for me.) > The first two seem unable to locate the native opengl modules, while 32a > locates them, but make produces the listing appended below. > [...] > glu.c: In function `InitializeGLU': > glu.c:1479: `GLU_BEGIN' undeclared (first use in this function) > glu.c:1479: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once > glu.c:1479: for each function it appears in.) > glu.c:1480: `GLU_VERTEX' undeclared (first use in this function) [...] Hmm, those constants on my system here are defined in: cygwin/usr/include/GL/glu.h Does your glu.h not contain them, or . . .? is there possibly another (erroneous) glu.h that somehow made it into the include path before the one in usr/include/GL . . . ? Just wild guesses. . . Hope this helps - also, though it doesn't sound related to this probably, I've found problems when the ruby cygwin.dll gets out of sync with the one in the cygwin installation . . . Regards, Bill
