Subject: [ruby-talk:21097] Any Journal References on Ruby?

So I have to write a paper on a programming language for this class I'm
taking. I must be able to find and use at least one "scholarly" reference
about it. Example journals and conferences suggested by the professor
included (but aren't necessarily limited to):

*    Transactions on Programming Languages and Systems (TOPLAS)
*    ACM SIGPLAN (SIG on Programming Languages) Notices
*    OOPSLA
*    Journal of Object-Oriented Programming
*    IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering

I'm haven't checked to see if DDJ is not considered a "scholarly" journal,
so I don't know if Dave and Andy's article there will be acceptable ;) Does
anyone know right offhand if there have been any other good articles about
Ruby?
