There is a RDF format to describe RPM package. This format can
describe dependancies (<RPM:Requires> tag).

For example, the description of Ruby-1.6.4 is here:
  http://www.vinelinux.org/RDF/VineSeed/i386/ruby-1.6.4-0vl8.i386.rdf

# This file is used by Vine Linux (Japanese distribution).

But I cannot find a Schema/DTD of it...does anyone know?
