Well, Hidetoshi Nagai is maintaining it.  But it seems that he didn't
check English list.  I had forwarded your mails to Japanese list.

He suspects that problem was caused by tcl/tk intallation.  Could you
give us information such as

  * error reproducing script
  * ruby version
  * tcl/tk version
  * whether multiple versions of tcl/tk are installed

etc.
