This is a wild shot but the H and the J keys are quite close on the
keyboard. HC gets 299 hits and JC only 113.
Now what intrigues me is that I could not find what [H*299/412,J*113/412]
means. So I guess as a native speaker that
HC means Hans Conrad or something similar, but I cannot rule out JC :(
