Subject: [ANN} Ruby Performance Validator 1.14

Ruby Performance Validator 1.14 has been released.

This version of Ruby Performance Validator is between 2.5x and 12x 
faster than previous versions of Ruby Performance Validator depending 
upon the options selected and what your application is doing. This 
speedup requires Ruby 1.8.4 or later as 1.8.4 is the first version to 
support Ruby Event Hooks.

If an earlier version of Ruby is used RPV 1.14 will be between 5% and 
30% faster than previous versions of RPV depending upon the options 
selected.

Related tools such as Ruby Coverage Validator, Ruby Bug Validator and 
Ruby Thread Validator have also received similar speed improvements when 
Ruby 1.8.4 is used.
