 See the thread beginning at [ruby-talk:19694] "Re: Why not?: Assigning to
 self" about #become.

 Only the inheritance chain of some few classes can be changed.

 Imagine

 class A < Array
 end
 a = A.new

 and after change the inheritance of A for Hash and you have a big problem
