Subject: irb (LoadError) after fresh One-Click win98 install

just used ruby184-20.exe for a win98 ruby install

I get this when I invoke irb
C:\RUBY\BIN\RUBY.EXE: No such file or directory -- irb (LoadError)

I didn't change any settings during install. Ruby is in c:\ruby. I
rebooted after install.

I found earlier posts on this issue, but I couldn't parse a solution
from them.

batch file problem?
