I got 15 minutes (and used 2 to be honest).

You say the code _is_ equivalent.

Hmm I think it is better to give hints  instead of  saying where the proble=
m
lies.
Well I do not know where the problem lies, but what I meant was the
following:

code A
code B

equivilant, we think
so we rite

def test1
   code A
    code A
end

def test2
   code A
  code B
end
...
  code B
 code B
end

I thaught it was a possibility to learn more about setup and teardown in
your test classes.
I very strongly believe that the problem is there but I wanted you to find
out yourself.
You take the credit, nobody takes the blame, see my strategy ;)
