The difference between Knu's iterator and the one I posted 
yesterday in [ruby-talk:20270] is that Knu's code is much easier to 
read (it doesn't use those "weird callcc hacks"), but it initially 
converts every enumerable into an array, which could sometimes 
require too much space and/or time.
