I've just had a chance to install it and try some of my code.  Problem
is, when using the Tempfile package it creates the temp files in
"C:\CYGWIN\TMP".  However, Tempfile::path returns a filename with the
prefix of "C:\TMP".  It seemed to work alright with the previous
version I had installed, although I don't remember if that was a
Cygwin version or not.  Has the Cygwin version always had this
trouble?
