When I attempt to install any remote gem, I get the following error: ERROR: While executing gem ... (OpenURI::HTTPError) 403 Forbidden I first noticed this a couple weeks ago. This is a Windows XP system. I am going through a proxy server. I can list and search through the remote gems. The error only occurs when I attempt to install a gem.
