I was under the impression that __FILE__ was in capital letters because it was a 
constant (or rather, pseudo-constant). If __method__ is really a method that can 
be called with self.__method__ then by all means it should be lowercase. But if 
it's a (pseudo)constant then it should keep the nomenclature of constants, i.e. 
uppercase letters.
