From: "Bernard Delmée" Date: 2001-08-19T05:41:32+09:00 Subject: [ruby-talk:19985] [RFC] online index to the "Programming Ruby" book Hi folks, since I already have had to electronically index the pragmatic programmer's guide for producing its Windows Help version, I figured it wouldn't be too much work to derive a plain HTML version of this. The current result can be viewed at: http://www.bdelmee.easynet.be/ruby/PRframed/ Please let me know if this is useful, and maybe how to better organize the jump list. Also if you're using a browser I haven't had a chance to test (say, Konqueror...), and a page doesn't look right, do not hesitate to complain. Of course all real content has been kindly donated by the authors (http://www.pragmaticprogrammer.com/) I only produce (and currently host) this index, but note that the above URL is temporary. Dave has expressed his interest to include this in his next PR tarball. It will make more sense to just access one's local copy once the index file will have its definitive form. Regards, Bernard.
