Hi all,

I've just published a simple tutorial on how to setup a local development
environment of Ruby, Rails, FastCGI and Mongrel fully integrated with Apache
2, I know that there are some ready packages that server this, but I tried
to demonstrate the manual way of doing it as it will give some better
understanding for the reader.

Please correct me if you found anything wrong, and I highly appreciate any
help.
