Subject: [ruby-talk:19808] ruby/gty win98 install trouble...

hi,

i'm having to port my ruby/gtk apps. from linux to win98 (suits, damn suits).

anyway, i follow the instructions, and read lots of old posts from this ng
but i always end up with the error:
   win error 1114: /cygdrive/c/RUBY/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.6/i386-cygwin/gtk.so
	Load Error.

this is with ruby 1.6.4, and the dlls from the jarh.hoop.livedoor.com,
on a completely bare win 98 installation.

i also tried replacing some dlls with some from gimp.org and elsewhere,
but i just can get rid of this error.  

please, has anyone done an install-shield thingy for ruby/gtk with all 
required dlls?  or has anyone got a list of the required dll's and where
they should be placed?
