Another solution I thought I could ask Outlook to put all my Calendar/Appointments in a separate folder upon arrival so that they would not be in the inbox and use a pop server---I believe my company has a pop server for its Mac Users. That way I could start using Gnus to contact the pop server and fetch all my mail messages (except the ones that needs Outlook). That is great.

Another solution I thought I could ask Outlook to put all my Calendar/Appointments in a separate
folder upon arrival so that they would not be in the inbox and use a pop
server---I believe my company has a pop server for its Mac Users.

That way I could start using Gnus to contact the pop server and fetch all my mail messages
(except the ones that needs Outlook).
